Key Responsibilities Source and manage lead generation opportunities to maintain a strong income pipeline. Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to provide professional, advice-led solutions. Maintain and update the Lead Generation Matrix weekly . Stay informed on product developments and competitor offerings. Ensure compliance with FAIS codes of conduct, insurance regulations, and ethical standards. Deliver against agreed performance metrics and KPIs. Uphold professional appearance and conduct at all times. Competencies Prospecting and pipeline management expertise Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
