Location:The Glen Shopping Centre, JHB Requirements Store Manager Minimum 3-5 years' retail management experience Proven leadership and sales management ability Strong operational and people management skills Experience within premium, luxury, or fashion retail advantageous Ability to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays Assistant Store Manager Minimum 2-3 years' retail supervisory experience Strong customer service and team leadership skills Passion for luxury retail and fashion Ability to support daily retail operations effectively Ability to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and brand experience Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets Lead, motivate, and develop the retail team Ensure excellent store presentation and visual merchandising standards Manage daily store operations efficiently Monitor stock control and inventory management Maintain company policies, procedures, and operational standards Build and maintain strong customer relationships
