POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver Treasury Risk and Financial Risk Management consulting engagements from inception through to implementation. Advise clients on treasury governance, liquidity risk, Asset Liability Management (ALM), Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), funding strategies and hedging solutions. Evaluate and enhance treasury operating models, frameworks, policies and risk management processes. Manage project planning, stakeholder engagement, resource allocation and successful project delivery. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: BCom Honours in Finance, Commerce or a related discipline. CA(SA), CFA or another recognised professional qualification would be advantageous. Experience: Minimum 7 years' experience within Treasury Risk, Financial Risk Management or Treasury Advisory. Strong exposure to Banking, Insurance, Asset Management or Financial Services. Demonstrated experience across treasury operations, liquidity management, balance sheet management, ALM, FTP and capital management. Skills: Strong understanding of Treasury Risk frameworks and financial services regulations. Sound knowledge of the Banks Act, FICA, Financial Markets Act and broader regulatory requirements. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities. Apply now!
