Working closely with the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for turning approved CRM strategies and briefs into accurate, high-quality executions across multiple global markets.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Campaign Execution

  • Build, QA, schedule and deploy Email, SMS and Push campaigns across multiple global markets using approved creative and copy.
  • Ensure all campaigns are thoroughly tested for links, personalisation, responsive rendering, tracking and deliverability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve campaign build, rendering and tracking issues.

Marketing Automation & Customer Journeys

  • Build, maintain and optimise Klaviyo automation flows, including segmentation, branching logic and dynamic content.
  • Develop both campaign-specific and always-on customer journeys from approved briefs.
  • Replicate and localise automation programs across international markets.
  • Support Klaviyo integrations and data synchronisation with Shopify and other connected platforms.

Email Development & Platform Management

  • Build and update responsive email templates, making basic HTML/CSS edits where required.
  • Maintain Klaviyo templates, forms, segments, assets and reusable content blocks.
  • Support day-to-day platform administration, testing, troubleshooting and documentation.
  • Stay up to date with Klaviyo product enhancements and best practices.

Customer Acquisition & Database Management

  • Build and maintain website sign-up forms and pop-ups.
  • Create and manage customer segments to support targeted marketing activity.
  • Support subscriber growth initiatives, customer engagement and database health.

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare regular CRM performance reports covering engagement, conversion, revenue and deliverability metrics.
  • Monitor campaign and automation performance, identifying issues and optimisation opportunities.
  • Export, clean and structure data using Google Sheets and Looker Studio.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with CRM, Design, Copy and Trade teams across multiple time zones to deliver campaigns on schedule.
  • Provide reliable day-to-day Klaviyo build support, enabling the Senior Manager to focus on strategy and commercial priorities.
  • Support ad hoc CRM projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

You are a highly organised CRM professional with deep, hands-on Klaviyo expertise and a passion for flawless campaign execution. You understand the platform inside and out and are confident building complex campaigns, automation flows, customer segments and forms without requiring detailed technical guidance. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities across time zones and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work with minimal revisions.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Extensive hands-on Klaviyo experience (ideally 2–4+ years), with a deep understanding of campaign builds, segmentation, automation flows, forms, templates and platform administration.
  • Proven experience building and deploying email marketing campaigns end-to-end within Klaviyo.
  • Advanced experience creating and maintaining automation flows, including branching logic, conditional splits, dynamic content and personalised customer journeys.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, list management, deliverability best practices and database health within Klaviyo.
  • Experience troubleshooting campaign build issues, rendering issues, tracking issues and platform-related challenges within Klaviyo.
  • Exposure to Klaviyo integrations, particularly Shopify and third-party applications, with an understanding of data synchronisation and customer data flows.
  • Comfortable working with basic HTML/CSS for email editing and troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong quality assurance discipline.
  • Strong Google Sheets skills and confidence manipulating, cleaning and structuring data.
  • Ability to interpret CRM performance reporting and provide a high level of data analysis.
  • Experience managing multiple campaign builds and deadlines across different markets and time zones.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, globally distributed team.

Success in This Role

Success looks like becoming the go-to Klaviyo expert within the CRM function. Campaigns and automation flows are built correctly the first time, thoroughly QA'd and delivered on schedule with minimal back and forth. The Senior Manager can confidently hand over a brief knowing it will be executed to specification, while relying on you to maintain a well-organised Klaviyo environment, troubleshoot platform issues and support best practice CRM execution across global markets.

We believe in supporting diverse cultures and harnessing the unique knowledge and experience of our team. We celebrate our global presence, by supporting our culturally diverse team around the world.
