SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Financial Manager to oversee the finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective team management. The successful candidate will drive month-end processes, improve financial controls, and support business growth through sound financial management

POSITION INFO

Minimum Requirements: Matric. BCom Accounting or CA(SA). Minimum 3 years'' experience in Financial Accounting. Experience with Sage 300 (advantageous). Understanding of ERP systems and finance automation. Taxation knowledge. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledge of IFRS and SARS regulations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead the Accounting Department. Oversee month-end reporting, journals, reconciliations, VAT, and financial statements. Monitor spending, budgets, and balance sheet accounts. Analyse financial performance and explain variances. Ensure compliance with IFRS, SARS regulations, and internal controls. Assist with audits and maintain financial policies and procedures. Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and cost efficiencies. Mentor and develop the finance team.
