Duties: Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly and annual financial accounts. Lead the financial reporting process, ensuring compliance with IFRS and company policies. Prepare consolidated financial information across multiple business units. Develop insightful management reports and financial analysis for senior stakeholders. Participate in financial modelling, capital project evaluations and due diligence activities. Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes. Strengthen the internal control environment and ensure sound corporate governance. Review and improve finance processes to drive operational efficiency. Liaise with internal and external auditors. Support ad hoc finance projects and strategic initiatives. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) BCom BCom / CTA CA(SA) Experience: Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience Strong IFRS and financial reporting knowledge Experience with group consolidations Financial modelling and analytical experience Internal controls and audit exposure Advanced Microsoft Excel skills ERP experience (SAP, Hyperion, Oracle FCC or JDE advantageous) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Skills & Competencies: Has exceptional attention to detail. Enjoys solving complex financial challenges. Can confidently engage with senior stakeholders. Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Is commercially minded with strong analytical ability. Is proactive, adaptable and continuously seeks process improvements.
