Key Responsibilities Execute high-volume outbound cold-calling campaigns to generate qualified leads. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Qualify leads effectively while ensuring campaign delivery remains on target. Build rapport quickly with prospective clients to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). Demonstrate enthusiasm, resilience, and a positive attitude across all campaigns. Maintain accurate and well-formatted data using Microsoft Excel. Perform quality checks to ensure lead information is accurate and complete. Verify company names, job titles, and contact information. Utilise lead verification tools to maintain data integrity. Update CRM systems with prospect interactions and lead status. Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and campaign insights. Provide regular updates on campaign progress and individual performance. Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training. Follow established processes to ensure consistent campaign delivery.
