SUMMARY

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the organisation's Organisational Development (OD) strategy aligned to business objectives. Contribute to the development and execution of the overall Human Resources strategy. Design and implement talent management, succession planning, and staff retention initiatives. Lead workforce planning processes to ensure the organisation has the right skills and capacity to meet current and future business needs. Develop and maintain career progression frameworks, policies, and competency-based development processes. Manage and enhance performance management systems and programmes to improve individual and organisational performance. Lead organisational change management, transformation, leadership development, and team effectiveness interventions. Oversee organisational design, restructuring, and job evaluation processes where required. Develop, review, and implement OD policies, procedures, and best practices. Establish and maintain assessment and development centre methodologies to support talent and human capital decisions. Manage organisational development projects from initiation through to implementation and evaluation. Provide regular management reports and strategic insights to support executive decision-making. Lead, coach, and develop the Organisational Development team to achieve operational excellence.
