Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Agriculture or Business Administration
  • 5 to 10 Years of Management Experience in a General Management Position
  • Understanding of Agricultural Markets, Legislation, and Customer Needs
  • Proven Ability to Think Strategically, Coach Teams, and Build Networks
  • Demonstrated Skill in Executing Business Plans and Delivering on KPIs
  • Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
  • Contactable references and payslips required
