Sales Trainer

Cartrack, a world-leading smart mobility Software-as-a-Service tech company across 23 countries, is looking for a Sales Trainer to be responsible for training and upskilling new and existing staff in telephone selling skills, product positioning, objection handling and closing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Execute training programs for new hires as well as the existing sales force with the aim to boost sales performance and improve process execution.
• Content development
• Conduct training needs analysis
• Create and monitor assessment tools
• Create training reports
• Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches, techniques and making support readily available.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Training or Teaching qualification beneficial
• Minimum 3 years experience in the telecommunications industry, including experience in selling and training products and or services
• Experience in SaaS product training and enablement advantegous
• Experience in content development
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
