Bilnor Staffing Solutions' client in the construction machines sector is looking for a qualified and experienced

Sales Rep (Counter Sales) to join their team in Bronkhorspruit, GP.

POSITION INFO

Requirements: Proven experience in counter sales, ideally within the construction machinery or equipment industry Solid knowledge of construction machinery Sales-related qualification advantageous Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently Excellent organisational and time management skills Professional appearance and confident, client-facing presentation Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle (essential) Computer literate (MS Office, CRM systems, email) Key Responsibilities: Assist customers promptly and professionally at the sales counter Participate in periodic stock counts Help maintain a clean, professional, and well-presented branch environment Support delivery operations as required Contribute to the branch's long-term growth Ensure compliance with all relevant EH&S / SHEQ requirements Deliver excellent customer service and support client retention Think on your feet and problem-solve independently when needed Perform additional duties as assigned by management --------------------------------- Duties, Responsibilities & Reasons for Leaving at each Company MUST be listed on CV.
