Production Manager

A well-established and innovative beverage manufacturer in the Western Cape is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead its manufacturing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven leader with a passion for operational excellence, continuous improvement, and people development to join a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all production activities, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while meeting customer demand and business objectives. Working closely with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Planning teams, the Production Manager will drive operational performance, maximise productivity, minimise waste, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements

Matric

National Diploma/Degree in Engineering

5 years’ experience in a similar position

Within the Beverage Manufacturing Industry (Non-Negotiable)

Experience with bottling lines is a MUST

Candidates must be residing in the Western Cape
