Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Registered Nurse with an Emergency Nursing qualification. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership while ensuring the delivery of exceptional emergency care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate nursing activities within the Emergency Unit.
- Deliver specialised emergency nursing care.
- Mentor and support junior nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with clinical governance standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Promote safe and effective patient care.
Requirements
- Registered with SANC as a Registered Nurse.
- Post-basic qualification in Emergency Nursing.
- Previous emergency nursing experience.
- Leadership or supervisory experience advantageous.
- Strong clinical judgement and communication skills.
- Commitment to patient-centred care.
