A leading supplier of food ingredients is seeking a proactive Internal Sales Consultant to join their team - Cape Town

Overview

This role focuses on managing customer accounts, processing orders, and driving sales within the FMCG/food ingredients sector.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries, orders, and quotations Build and maintain strong client relationships Upsell and cross-sell products Liaise with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams Support external sales and manage admin tasks Meet sales targets and KPIs Requirements Matric (Grade 12) 2-5 years' internal sales experience (FMCG / food / ingredients preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills Computer literate (MS Office & ERP) Valid driver's license and own transport Ideal Candidate Results-driven and customer-focused Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to work in a fast-paced environment Great opportunity to grow within an established FMCG business.
