Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, specialising in Antenna Theory or RF Electronics/Firmware, and 10+ years of proven leadership, recognized expertise in structural mechanics, and familiarity with defence/aerospace standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, specialising in Antenna Theory or RF Electronics/Firmware
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience with proven technical leadership
• Recognised subject matter expert in a particular discipline — e.g., electromagnetic simulation, structural mechanics, embedded systems, or firmware
• Strong familiarity with defence and aerospace standards (MIL-STD, STANAG, IEC, ISO)

Computer Literacy

• MS Office (Proficient)
• MATLAB / Python / FEKO / HFSS / CST / Similar simulation and analysis tools (Beneficial)

Responsibilities

• Act as the design authority for your discipline, leading complex system designs and ensuring technical excellence
• Guide and review design activities to ensure compliance, manufacturability, and performance integrity
• Mentorship & Team Development
• Provide technical mentorship and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation
• Support opportunity evaluation, feasibility studies, and bid development
• Collaborate with other Chief Engineers and executive leadership to align technical strategy with company objectives
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement
• Drive research, process improvement, and intellectual property generation
