An established RF company in Centurion is recruiting for a Head of Industrialisation with a minimum of 5 years of working experience in product industrialisation, RF design engineering or systems engineering. BEng (Industrial/ Electronic/ Electrical or Mechanical Engineering)

Minimum requirements:

• BEng (Industrial/ Electronic/ Electrical or Mechanical Engineering)
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in product industrialisation, RF design engineering or systems engineering.
• Good command of the English language (written and verbal)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the industrialisation strategy, ensuring efficient and scalable product transfer into production.
• Own and optimise the end-to-end industrialisation process from design through qualification and release.
• Ensure all products are manufacturable, testable, and repeatable at the required quality standards
• Drive cost optimisation, manufacturability improvements etc
• Lead technical problem-solving for production and testing challenges
• Manage outsourcing and global product transfers
