  • Design and maintain Group-wide reporting and dashboards
  • Support the sizing and modelling of new digital and omnichannel sales initiatives
  • This is not a siloed reporting function — it is a Group-wide diagnostic and improvement capability, working directly with the CTO, COO, CFO, and CEO wherever a process, workflow, or business unit needs to be understood, measured, and improved.

  • Identify inefficiencies, duplication, and manual bottlenecks in how work currently moves through the business
  • Design streamlined, technology-led solutions to replace manual or headcount-dependent steps
  • Build the business case for each proposed change, including expected efficiency gain and headcount impact, for sign-off by the relevant functional head

Group Reporting and Dashboards

  • Design and maintain Group-wide reporting and dashboards spanning sales, F&I, aftersales, lead management, and workforce performance
  • Track dealership and business unit performance against targets, surfacing trends, risks, and opportunities proactively
  • Build and maintain workforce and KPI tracking tools that give leadership a live view of performance across the Group

New Business Sizing and Modelling

  • Support the sizing and financial modelling of new digital and omnichannel sales initiatives
  • Model scenarios and business cases for new projects and business units as they are evaluated

Data Infrastructure and Systems Partnership

  • Translate raw operational data and process findings into clear, commercially meaningful insight for the CGO and the wider executive team
  • Flag data-driven contradictions or inconsistencies against previously stated targets or assumptions

Operating Environment

  • Multi-entity, multi-brand Group structure across dealership retail, subscription, and acquisition
  • Reports to the Group Chief Growth Officer, with cross-functional lines into the CTO, COO, CFO, and CEO
  • Works at pace across multiple business units and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Johannesburg Head Office, onsite
