POSITION INFO
Key Responsibilities Maintain and update customer master data records in CRM, ERP, and other business systems. Conduct data cleansing to remove duplicate, outdated, and incomplete records. Update customer contact details and verify information accuracy. Generate customer data quality and sales support reports. Provide administrative support to the Sales Team.
