Overview

Beautez Pharmacy is building one of Lesotho’s most innovative healthcare and retail brands and is seeking a creative and highly skilled Graphic Designer to transform ideas into exceptional visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design premium marketing materials for both print and digital platforms.
• Create engaging social media content, advertisements, brochures, catalogues, packaging, and promotional campaigns.
• Produce high-quality branding materials aligned with Beautez Pharmacy’s brand identity.
• Develop AI-assisted creative content, mock-ups, product renders, and marketing visuals.
• Design short-form motion graphics and promotional videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns from concept to final delivery.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva Pro.
• Experience using AI design tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Ideogram, or similar creative AI platforms.
• Knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
• Excellent understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and modern design trends.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality commercial design work.
