Exciting Fitter &Turner and Automotive Machinist opportunities available in Cape Town.

• Operate all machines in Machine shop.

• Fit, align and assemble mechanical components, pumps, shafts and gear boxes.

• Basic welding.

• Maintenance work.

• Record time in respect of own completed work.

• Knowledge of hydraulics.

• Pneumatics gearboxes.

• Manufacture, machine, refurbish and repair components.

• Ad hoc duties.

• Grinding Crankshafts.

• Linebore blocks.

• Rebore and re-sleeve blocks.

• Fit cambushes and small end buses.

• Resize conrods.

• Overhaul cylinder heads.

• Set tappets.

• Assembling of engines.

• Inspect and diagnose engine components.

• Precision measurement.

•Qualified artisan.

•Three to five years’ work experience.
