Key Responsibilities

• Conduct rental viewings with prospective tenants.
• Secure new rental mandates and build relationships with landlords.
• Manage the rental process from enquiry to lease signing.
• Perform incoming and outgoing property inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance and follow up on repairs where required.
• Negotiate rental agreements between landlords and tenants.
• Ensure compliance with rental legislation and company procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Previous experience in real estate or rentals will be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Computer literate and comfortable using Microsoft Office.
• Registered with the PPRA (or willing to obtain registration where applicable).
