Employee Relations Officer

One of the leading food manufacturing companies in KwaZulu-Natal is currently looking for a skilled Employee Relations Officer to join their team.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience as HR Officer / ER Officer in a manufacturing/FMCG environment.

MS Office Suite and Sage 300 People experience

Disciplinary, grievance and incapacity procedures knowledge.

Proven CCMA and Bargaining Council experience.

Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management/Industrial Psychology or similar.

Advanced Diploma in Labour Law is advantageous.
