ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Strong Business Analysis and requirements engineering capability
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• Proven experience in facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with Agile Tool Chain (JIRA, Confluence)
• Knowledge of Agile Working Model (AWM)
• Solid understanding of DevOps/product-centric delivery models

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS

• Experience in scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS)
• Exposure to SAP / enterprise IT landscapes
• Change management experience in transformation environments

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements aligned to product vision
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
• Facilitate workshops, requirement refinement, and backlog grooming
• Ensure alignment between business goals, architecture, and implementation
• Support Product Owner in prioritisation and backlog management
• Act as the interface between stakeholders and DevOps teams, ensuring clarity and feasibility
• Proactively identify risks, gaps, and dependencies impacting delivery
• Ensure end-to-end delivery ownership within the DevOps team
• Align with Product Owners, Architects, and global stakeholders
• Contribute to Communities of Practice (CoPs) and knowledge sharing
• Maintain and improve documentation (e.g., Confluence)
• Ensure adherence to clients governance, compliance, and AWM standards
