ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work as a team member of the central IRE/LRE team to ensure the infrastructure and platform stability and
• performance for the entire organisation
• Moderate and organize troubleshooting meetings in terms of escalations and overarching incidents.
• Plan, organize and coordinate worldwide IT Emergency exercises.
• Lead tasks PM (Problem Management) tickets as identified

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
• ITIL certification (advantageous)
• Minimum of 8 years IT working experience
• ITIL process knowledge and work experience (Required)
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in an operations environment
• IT Infrastructure Knowledge
