PROPERTY MANAGER

Well established and fast growing leading agency, Barry Plant Mill Park - South Morang is seeking a full-time experienced Property Manager working between our Mill Park - South Morang and Doreen - Mernda Office. A generous salary package is on offer for applicants with a high level of experience with no Saturday work.

Your Duties Will Be Included In This Role

• Managing a portfolio
• Submit tenancy applications to the landlord
• Routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Arranging repairs and maintenance
• Managing arrears effectively
• Preparing for and attending VCAT

To Apply This Position, You Must Be Licensed Or Hold a Certificate Of Registration And You Must Have a Valid Driver's License And a Reliable Car, And Most Importantly

• You are familiar with Property Tree & InspectRealEstate
• You are professional in your current service to clients and customers
• You have an eagerness to offer exemplary customer service
• Your hard work ethic is underpinned by care, honesty, integrity and accountability
• You possess attention to detail and accuracy whilst working to deadlines
• Your written and verbal skills are of a high standard
