The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing regional sales activities and managing a team of Area/District Managers. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of Area/District Managers to achieve sales targets Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Recruit, train, and develop staff Implement strategies to increase sales and market share Required Skills: The ideal candidate should have experience in Funeral policies and Life insurance, Staff Management, including recruitment and motivation to reach targets.
