The company specialises in the design of Military Vehicles for the overseas market. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Mechatronic Engineering and 2 – 5 years’ experience required.

Mechanical Engineer required with a passion for Finite Element analysis and modelling is needed. International client base. Excellent pipeline of projects.

Qualification and experience required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Mechatronic Engineering
• 2 – 5 years’ experience
• Proven prior FEA experience and or qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to work on Microsoft Teams
• Must be able and willing to travel overseas
• Experience in Siemens Solid Edge, PTC Creo, or Solidworks will be an advantage
• Experience in FEMAP and Matlab or Python will be an advantage
• Experience in non-linear and dynamic/transient simulation will be an advantage
• Experience in a military vehicle design environment will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Finite Element Analysis, Geometry Preparation, Simulation Setup and Execution
• CAD / CAE-based Design of Mechanical Systems/Structures.
• Engineering Analysis and Calculation
• Compilation of Engineering Documents and Reports
• Internal & External Technical Support
• Expansion and Maintenance of Company Knowledge
• Procurement, Sourcing, and Expediting Support
