We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee mechanical maintenance and construction activities on site on a temporaly basis. The successful candidate will supervise teams, ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, and maintain high-quality standards while meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical activities on site.
  • Lead and motivate mechanical teams to ensure productivity and quality workmanship.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with engineering specifications and client requirements.
  • Monitor compliance with SHEQ policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Allocate resources, tools, and equipment effectively.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and daily safety briefings.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are achieved.
  • Report progress, delays, and any technical issues to Site Management.
  • Assist with planning maintenance shutdowns and project activities.

Minimum Requirements

  • Mechanical Engineering N6 qualification (Essential).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience of work in welding fabrication
  • Sound knowledge of mechanical maintenance and construction practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of SHEQ standards and safe work practices.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Valid driver's licence will be advantageous
