Head of Corporate Services Role

One of my favourite clients, a reputable firm in the engineering consulting environment, is seeking a Head of Corporate Services to lead their team. This role requires a broad scope of work, and candidates are encouraged to apply only if they meet all the below criteria.

Experience Requirements

• Relevant financial undergraduate qualification
• 8–12+ years’ experience in professional services and consulting environment in a combination of finance, legal, and operations roles
• Experience working in a high-performance environment
• Experience across financial management, legal/commercial coordination, and HR or team leadership
• Professional qualification (CA(SA), MBA, LLB advantageous but not essential)
• Sector (energy / infrastructure / project finance) experience helps for sure
