POSITION INFO
Key Responsibilities Monitor and track procurement and preferential procurement KPIs on a monthly basis. Compile and consolidate BBBEE spend reports for internal stakeholders. Produce monthly procurement compliance and supplier performance reports. Track and validate supplier BBBEE certificates prior to approval. Support annual BBBEE verification preparation and audits. Assist sourcing and contracting teams with BEE evaluation and scoring. Identify supplier performance improvement opportunities and support corrective action plans. Engage with suppliers regarding compliance, certificate tracking, and procurement-related queries. Provide preferential procurement guidance and training to internal stakeholders where required.
