Position: Technical Support & Field Officer

Location: Maseru, Lesotho

Reports To: Country Director

Key Responsibilities

• Install and support customer connectivity solutions including fibre, wireless and Starlink.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, setup and basic troubleshooting.
• Provide first-line technical support and escalate faults where required.
• Assist with customer onboarding, router configuration and service activation.
• Coordinate with sales, operations and upstream providers for smooth service delivery.
• Maintain service records, stock usage and technical reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in ICT, Networking, Telecommunications or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in technical support, field services or ISP/telecommunications.
• Experience with routers, basic networking and customer installations.
• Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues and work independently.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to travel regularly across Lesotho.
• Good spoken and written English; Sesotho is an advantage.
