Data Analyst (Banking-as-a-Service | AML/KYC)

We are looking for a Data Analyst to manage data mapping, quality, and compliance data flows for our client's Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform. Ensure data readiness across systems for KYC, AML, onboarding, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain source-to-target data mapping documentation.
  • Support ETL and data transformation activities.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve data quality issues and anomalies.
  • Collaborate with technology and compliance teams to support KYC, AML, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting.
  • Document data definitions, business rules, metadata, and data lineage.
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Data Analyst within Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech.
  • Strong experience with data mapping and ETL support.
  • Knowledge of AML, KYC, and regulatory reporting.
  • Experience with data quality analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
