Requirements
- Relevant IT qualification preferred.
- Experience in server support or infrastructure administration.
- Knowledge of Windows server technologies.
- Exposure to Hyper-V, Microsoft SQL Server, Firewalls, DNS and Microsoft 365 is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
