Job description

• Development and execution of Strategic Sales Plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Building strong Sales pipeline and achieving Sales Gross Profit Targets
• Developing Relationships with Mining, Construction, Agriculture, Transport and Industrial sectors
• Prepare and present Technical and Commercial proposals
• Promoting Hydraulic solutions (Hose Fittings, Diagnostics and onsite service)
• Preparing quotations, proposals and tenders
• Customer retention and account expansion
• Coordinate with operations to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
• Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activity

Qualifications required

• A National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Business OR any related fields
• Technical Qualification in Hydraulics would be highly advantageous

Skills and experience required

• 5 – 8 Years experience in Business Development / Sales / Key Accounts Management
• Proven Technical experience in Hydraulics, Fluid Power
• Strong experience and understanding of Hydraulics systems and applications
• Proven track record or experience in dealing with OEM’s
• Strong experience in Relationship building and strong Negotiation skills
• Knowledge and understanding of Hose and Fittings

R 900 000 CTC per annum + Petrol
