Giftwrap is looking for a passionate and people-focused Junior Customer Care Manager based in Pretoria to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and creating great experiences, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and social media

• Resolving customer issues quickly and professionally

• Processing orders, quotes, returns and exchanges

• Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction

• Maintaining accurate customer records and communication

• Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery

What we’re looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, patient and customer-focused attitude

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Reliable, proactive and a team player

What will give you an advantage

Experience in customer service or call centre environment

Knowledge of CRM systems

E-commerce or corporate gifting industry experience

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
