Civil/Structural Engineer

Our client is seeking Structural Design Engineers to join a growing engineering team delivering complex heavy industrial and mining projects. Opportunities are available for professionals with between 4 and 7 years' experience who are looking to further develop their careers while working on technically challenging structural engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design reinforced concrete and structural steel structures for heavy industrial and mining facilities.
• Prepare structural calculations, engineering reports, and technical documentation.
• Develop structural models and engineering drawings in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform structural analysis and ensure compliance with relevant design codes and standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, clients, and project stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Support projects from concept and detailed design through to construction support.
• Assist with site inspections and technical queries where required.

Minimum Requirements

• BEng or BSc in Civil Engineering.
• 4–7 years' experience in structural engineering.
• Experience in structural design for heavy industrial or mining projects is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and structural steel design.
• Familiarity with structural analysis and design software.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
