Essential:

  • Grade 12
  • Literacy and numeracy skills
  • 3 Year Diploma/Degree in Bookkeeping
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in Finance, Bookkeeping or Admin position
  • Medium to advanced computer skills in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and general computer skills

Desirable:

  • Work experience as an Admin Manager in an Automotive Retail Industry

  • Perform identified administration tasks
  • Execute EFT payments for the identified branches/dealerships

  • Balance sheet recons
  • Monitor expenses
  • Supervise the creditors month end processes for the East London Dealerships
  • Check vehicle gross profit report weekly
  • Manage people
  • Liaise with OEM’s
  • Execute all agreed projects and maintain the initiative
