They are looking for an experienced Foreman who is passionate about construction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in leading teams to deliver exceptional results.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects and driving successful project delivery from site establishment through to completion.

Requirements

• Matric or relevant qualification
• 5 – 8 years experience in a Foreman or Construction Supervisory role
• Proven experience managing construction site teams and subcontractors
• Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies and site operations
• Finishing experience is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
• Manage site set-up, logistics, and workforce planning.
• Lead and motivate site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
• Monitor project programmes and ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate the procurement and timely delivery of materials, equipment, and plant.
