Skincare Consultant & Dermal Aesthetician

A leading online skincare store is expanding their team of professionals, offering a unique opportunity to an experienced aesthetician, to join as an on-line consultant and skincare advisor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Live chat for online retail store and skin Ingredients
• Answering product related questions via telephone, email or through live chat
• Answering skincare related questions via telephone, email or through live chat
• Giving advice on sample choices

OTHER DUTIES

• Helping with some of the basic operational running of the business #productpacking #printingorders #stocktake #telephoneduties #emails #waybillcreation
• Participating and contributing with marketing and other business meetings
• Undergoing product training as necessary
• Load new products, brands, promos, etc
• Process customer orders including updating the back end orders
• Place orders for new products and to update stock
• Stock management & ensure the back end matches the inventory on shelf
• Receive ordered products and check these deliveries match the order sheet

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

• 3-year Diploma in Somatology
• Advanced Diploma in Dermal aesthetics (favourable)
• 5 years+ aesthetic skincare industry experience
• Strong background in medical aesthetics
• In-depth knowledge of advanced professional skincare brands
• Proven ability to provide expert product recommendations to clients in an online setting
