Senior Debtors Controller

Our client in the Mining industry is urgently looking for a Senior Debtors Clerk / Controller to join their team based in Johannesburg.

This is a very urgent position which requires someone that is available to start immediately. Our client is looking for someone with around 4 – 5 Years experience as a Debtors Controller with either Manufacturing, Construction, FMCG, Mining or any other related hard-core industry

• Collections and performing full Debtors processes
• Debit and Credit notes
• Invoices
• Perform full credit checks on Customers
• Journals, Accruals
• Reconciliations
• Reconciliations of both local and foreign debtors
• Liaising with suppliers and clients, building relationships with the suppliers

Qualifications required

• National Diploma or a BTech
• Any other Finance / Accounting related Qualification

Skills and experience required

• 4 - 6 Years’ experience as a Debtors Controller
• Solid Accounts Receivable / Debtors experience
• General Accounting processes and principles
• Mining, Manufacturing, FMCG, Construction, experience (advantageous)
• Local and foreign debtors
• Strong communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail

R 300 000 CTC per annum
