A well-established medical aesthetic practice in Green Point is seeking a skilled and professional Senior Aesthetic Therapist to join their team. The practice offers advanced skin and aesthetic treatments in a calm, clinical, and results-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct professional skin consultations and advanced aesthetic treatments with a high level of expertise and care.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients through excellent communication and treatment results.
  • Recommend and upsell appropriate treatments and homecare products to achieve clients’ desired outcomes.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism at all times.
  • Collaborate with the medical and aesthetic team to ensure seamless client care and satisfaction.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an aesthetic or senior skincare therapist.
  • Recognized international qualifications (ITEC, CIDESCO, CIBTAC or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of medical aesthetic procedures and advanced skincare treatments.
  • Confident in conducting consultations and delivering results-driven services.
  • Well-presented, client-focused, and sales-driven.
  • Availability to work 2–3 days per week (flexible schedule).

REMUNERATION

  • 40% commission on treatments
  • 10% commission on retail sales
  • Average monthly earning potential: R25,000 – R30,000+
