Are you a commercially driven capital raiser who thrives in a high-performance, target-focused environment? We’re looking for a seasoned Fundraiser / Capital Raising Professional to take ownership of a high-impact capital raising mandate and help drive significant growth within a leading investment-focused business.

Role Overview

  • Position: Fundraiser / Capital Raising Professional
  • Location: Rosebank, Johannesburg
  • Work Arrangement: Office-based, client-facing sales role
  • Seniority: Senior-level appointment
  • Raise capital through Section 12B investment funds
  • Focus on securing retail and intermediary investor capital
  • Play a key role in achieving a R500 million capital raise target by 2027
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wealth managers, IFAs, and financial advisers
  • Drive distribution through established and new investment channels
  • Take ownership of pipeline development and deal execution
  • Proven experience in fundraising, capital raising, or investment sales
  • Strong, established network of wealth managers and financial advisers
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of targets
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of raising investment capital
  • Existing relationships within IFA and/or tax practitioner networks would be highly advantageous
  • Self-driven, resilient, and target-focused
