ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Basic experience with Document Template development solutions
• Experience in IT application SDLC process
• Basic experience with XML, Xpath
• Basic programming experience in languages such as Perl scripting
• Basic experience in Unix scripting
• Experience in interpreting and creating user requirement specifications
• Basic experience with Linux servers Experience in IT architectures based on Unix/Linux OS
• Strong analytical skills

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS

• Basic knowledge of Output Management solutions On Unix/Linux systems
• Basic experience or working knowledge of Customer Communication Management Solutions
• Document Composition with StreamServe/Exstream
• Document Template development – Design Centre and StoryTeller
• Spooling Systems i.e., VPSX Experience with scVenus Tool
• SAP Output Management
• Database technologies - Oracle / PostgreSQL
• Encryption Technologies
• Printer and printer languages (PCL, PS, ZPL)
• Business processes requiring enterprise output management
• Knowledge of ITSM Solutions – specifically BMC Remedy Ticketing tool
• Chinese speaking beneficial for collaboration with the China costumers

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shadow and work under the guidance of senior developers to gain the necessary expertise to become a contributing member of the team.
• Template Development, Maintenance and Support using OpenText ExStream Software
• Application Document Composition requirements of the Enterprise Output Management solution – KWOM
• OpenText ExStream Communications Server
• OpenText ExStream Control Centre
• OpenText Design Centre
• OpenText PageOut
• OpenText StoryTeller

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• Educational Background: - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
• related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
