Construction Project Manager :Civil engineering background( Zambia )

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering to lead and oversee major construction projects in Zambia for one of our clients that is an EPC. This is an exciting expatriate opportunity for a professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering world-class infrastructure.

Salary R60 000- R70 000 Nett per month + accommodation + Car+ Flights. This role works on a rotation basis.

Responsibilities

• Project oversight: Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Team leadership: Supervise multidisciplinary teams, ensuring collaboration and efficiency.
• Budget management: Control project costs, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Stakeholder communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, and government authorities to maintain smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven track record in construction project management (minimum 8–10 years).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• International experience, preferably in Africa or emerging markets.
