Job Opportunity -Automotive Parts Department Parts Picker

Job Opportunity - Parts Picker/Storeman /Controller/Clerk/ Executive - Cape Town

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on storekeeping or parts experience specifically within the automotive industry with experience in panel beating or body repair industry.

Automotive Parts Knowledge (Essential): Solid understanding of automotive mechanics, terminology, vehicle body parts, panels, clips and paint consumables and the difference between OEM and aftermarket parts.

Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail

Ability to read and interpret repair orders, job cards, and parts requisitions

Minimum Grade 12 Certificate

Valid South African ID

Fluent in Afrikaans and English

Clear criminal record

Must have Driver’s license

Duties

Sourcing & Procurement

Receiving & Quality Control

Inventory & Storage.

Issuing Parts

Returns & Warranties: Identify incorrect, defective, or surplus parts, and process the necessary returns and credit notes with suppliers.

Receive, inspect, and capture incoming parts deliveries accurately on TMS Teamwork

Issue parts to technicians against active repair orders and job cards
