Live Tracking & Routing: Monitor and manage our 10 to 15 truck fleet daily, optimizing routes to ensure safe, on-time deliveries.
Driver Management: Be the main point of contact for our drivers. You’ll handle dispatching, scheduling, and ensuring they are compliant and supported on the road.
Freight Sourcing & Capacity Management: We have steady core work, but empty kilometers are the enemy. When we have extra capacity or need a backhaul (return load), you’ll proactively jump onto load boards, leverage your network, or connect with brokers to secure profitable spot freight.
Problem Solving: Handle breakdowns, traffic delays, and route adjustments with a cool head and a quick solution.
Client Liaison: Keep our clients proactively updated on ETAs and delivery statuses.
Fleet Health: Monitor basic vehicle maintenance schedules and service intervals to keep our fleet road-ready.

Education: Matric (Grade 12). A Certificate, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Transport Management or Logistics is highly advantageous, though strong practical experience is our primary focus.
Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in fleet controlling, transport coordination, or a busy dispatch environment in South Africa.
License: Valid Code 8 (Class B) Driver’s License and reliable transport

Salary: R14 000 per month (Basic)
