Graphic Designer (Full-Time, In-House)

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team in George. This is a full-time, in-house position for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing exceptional work.

If you're a designer with strong technical ability, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to manage projects from concept through to final delivery, we'd love to hear from you.

Please note: This is not a remote or freelance opportunity.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• A Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' proven professional experience in graphic and print design (post-qualification).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of corporate identity (CI) and brand implementation across both digital and print platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise deadlines, and work independently.
• Experience in website design will be advantageous.
• A professional portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, technical ability, and successful project execution is essential.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our creative team, you will:

• Design high-quality creative assets across multiple platforms, including branding, packaging, social media, print, video, and digital marketing.
• Translate client briefs into compelling visual concepts that align with brand objectives.
• Maintain exceptional quality, consistency, and attention to detail across all design work.
• Take ownership of projects from initial concept through to final production.
• Collaborate with internal teams while ensuring all work meets deadlines and brand standards.
