Data Scientist (Senior)- AI, LLMs, ServiceNow, Data Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join a high-performing technology team delivering innovative Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge Management solutions for enterprise IT operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Data Engineer with strong experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, JavaScript, ServiceNow, Big Data Engineering and AI-driven automation. You will be responsible for designing, developing and supporting next-generation AI solutions that improve IT operations while working within an Agile, collaborative and innovative environment.

Essential Skills

Technical Skills

• Experience in building AI applications based on Large Language Models (Prompt Engineering, RAG Pipelines, Embeddings, Orchestration)
• Experience in building complex AI Agents, ideally based on N8N or ServiceNow
• Experience in using AI for DevOps (GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot)
• Strong JavaScript development experience (essential)
• Understanding and expertise in standard software development methodologies and design patterns
• Experience in Big Data Engineering and Management
• Experience integrating REST APIs, MCP, Event-driven Systems (Kafka, Message Queues), Webhooks and Asynchronous Processing
• Experience with Git and CI/CD Pipelines
• Experience integrating complex business information and technical requirements
• Experience working within Agile methodologies

• Build innovative AI features that improve enterprise IT operations.
• Develop custom applications using the ServiceNow platform.

• Information Technology qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Information Technology, specifically with ServiceNow development (not only end-user experience).

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (advantageous).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (advantageous).
