- Delivering meaningful business insights through reporting and analysis

- Supporting strategic initiatives across the organisation

- Coordinating projects across multiple departments

- Preparing executive presentations and board reports

- Managing complex executive calendars and travel arrangements

- Acting as a trusted liaison between senior leadership and key stakeholders

- Ensuring meetings result in action through effective coordination and follow-up

- Handling highly confidential business information with professionalism and discretion

We're looking for someone who brings

A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline

3–5 years' experience in Business Analysis, Business Management, Executive Office or a similar strategic support role

Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

Strong analytical thinking with commercial awareness

Experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations

Outstanding organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail

The confidence to engage with senior leadership

The ability to manage multiple priorities without missing a beat

Experience with Power BI, QlikView, SAP or SYSPRO will be advantageous
