As a Customer Digital Agent, you will play a critical role in contacting warm leads, educating potential customers about Gap Cover, and guiding them through the process with professionalism and confidence. This is a frontline sales and service role, responsible for converting interest into action while maintaining high-quality customer engagement, accuracy, and compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work consistently toward weekly and monthly sales targets with strong focus and discipline.
• Capture accurate and complete information on CRM systems while following all compliance and quality requirements.
• Participate in coaching, training, and performance sessions, applying feedback to continuously improve.
• Contribute to a positive, high‑performance sales culture through professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to results.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a call centre environment, preferably within outbound sales.
• Proven track record in high-end sales with strong conversion rates and consistent achievement of targets.
• Strong customer‑focused mindset with a high sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage objections effectively, and maintain accuracy in compliance-driven environments.
• Previous experience selling Gap Cover and medical insurance will be a strong advantage.
